Location Training and Field Support The training wing personnel travel to conduct on-site safety training all over the globe, to all nationalities. They conduct site surveys and make recommendations for buildings security and staff training. We also provide staff to accompany personnel in the field in volatile regions for extended periods, and to tailor on-site training to specific work locations.
The staff uses their military expertise and experience of civilian operations to secure buildings, develop contingency and escape planning, including liaison with local forces.
Trauma Risk Management In the course of as their everyday lives, our clients may witness armed conflicts or other aggression, extreme suffering, or incidents such kidnappings, bombings, road traffic accidents and fatalities.
The course aims to risk assess the needs of those who have been involved in a traumatic event and, working with Human Resources and Occupational Health workers, determine what follow-up practical support is required, i.e. active management by seniors, mentoring by peers, or referral for more formalized help as required.
Suspicious package awareness How to control the scene, organise a response to the threat and initiate an evacuation plan. How to confirm and locate the package, what to look for and how to respond.
The training offers an overview of the dangers posed by such a delivery to personnel, rooms, buildings or vehicles, and training in correct emergency procedures and search techniques in order to minimize injury to staff or infrastructure.
